People of China suffered from harsh ruling from the Ch'in rule. The Han dynasty brought new laws, less tax on people and social reform. The Han dynasty was prospering and attracted people from many places. When Liu Che took over China, the empire grew more than all other leader's combined. As an economy China was strong. However when the rich began to get out of paying taxes, all the load was put upon the poor or peasants. The lack of money being spent caused resentment between farmers, peasants, and the rich witch caused the economy to bring in no profit and crash the empire. When this happened religion and government collided causing moral issues. This separated people from the leader and crashed the government. If the empire would of been ran by someone similar to Liu Che, the empire might not of ever fell. Even though the empire was overthrown without it's contribution to cultural diffusion throughout the silk road, other empire's may of been affected heavily.
